MASH consultation service

You can request a consultation to get advice on the most appropriate action with your safeguarding concern.

You can't remain anonymous when seeking advice and children discussed should be identified, so that the correct advice is provided.

To arrange a consultation you can call the MASH on 01926 414144.

The consultation will be recorded against the child's details. You will need to follow the record-keeping and information guidelines for your agency.

The family will not be contacted. You will need to discuss any concerns with parents/guardians.

You don't have to follow the advice offered. However, concerns will be escalated if safeguarding activity is required and advice is not followed.
