Concerns about someone in a Position of Trust

A Position of Trust (PoT) relates to any adult working with children, this includes paid staff members and volunteers.

Please refer to the Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) if you think a person in a Position of Trust has:

• behaved in a way that has harmed a child, or may have harmed a child
• committed a criminal offence against or related to a child
• behaved in a way that indicates they may pose a risk of harm to children.

To complete a referral you will need to fill out the Position of Trust referral form and send it to lado@warwickshire.gov.uk.
