Educational visits guidance and advice
Warwickshire County Council encourages educational visits which provide quality learning opportunities beyond the classroom. To support schools, we commission Juniper Education to provide FREE comprehensive advice, guidance and training to all our maintained schools (where Warwickshire County Council is the employer). Juniper work with these schools to ensure that visit planning and execution is undertaken within the framework of legislation and accepted national best practice.
Training and Support
For all our maintained schools (where Warwickshire County Council is the employer) the provider (Juniper Education) run the following FREE training courses on our behalf:
- Educational Visits Coordinator Training
- Educational Visits Coordinator refresher Training
- Visit Leader Training

School Emergency Planning Guidance
The CSW Resilience Team provides guidance and templates to support schools with emergency planning and business continuity.
Schools are encouraged to use the resources released by the Department for Education, along with updated local guidance and templates produced by the CSW Resilience Team.

The release of the national resources and local guidance and templates means that the CSW Resilience Team no longer support and update the EASEE package.
