| Course outcomes |
This three-part training delivered over a day, offers practitioners the time to consider how to recognise and respond to domestic abuse. With 1 in 5 children being exposed to domestic abuse, this training develops additional skills to notice the different ways children and families experience abuse. Informed by the Domestic Abuse Act 2021, the training focuses on many aspects including coercive and controlling behaviour and how to support and engage with children and families. |
