| Course outcomes |
This course is for headteachers and DSLs with at least one year of DSL experience. It is designed to provide a wider repertoire of options for effective supervisory conversations in respect of safeguarding issues. Several ideas and techniques will be shared that can be used to inform and develop practice. Staff will be supported to make safeguarding practice as safe as possible for everyone. |
