Low level concerns
Low-level concerns refer to behaviours by staff that may not meet the threshold for formal safeguarding action but still raise questions about professional conduct or suitability. These concerns should be taken seriously and addressed promptly to maintain a safe and transparent culture. To support your actions we have created some flowcharts to visually guide staff through the appropriate steps to take, such as identifying, recording, and reporting concerns, ensuring consistency, clarity, and compliance with safeguarding procedures.
